Rock Eye

Words and Music by Terry Prong

There was a storm surrounding me
Rain so heavy I couldn't' t see
Was it true, I was loosing you
In some fog of confusion I have to get through

Have to be your ROCK, ROCK EYE
A concrete block till the hurricane stops
Be your ROCK, ROCK EYE
Nothing can move me except for your love
Be your ROCK, ROCK EYE
So give me some sign so I can rise above
Be your ROCK, ROCK EYE
With you in my arms I feel nothing but love

Until the hungers feed ROCK EYE, ROCK EYE I SAID
Until the sky turns red ROCK EYE, ROCK EYE I SAID
Until I'm happy or dead ROCK EYE, ROCK EYE I SAID
Until you read what I read ROCK EYE, ROCK EYE I SAID
Until the waters run red, with the blood of a thousand men
Then I'll be running home to you, just like the good book says
Mountains may move, rivers run dry
Every heart may fall, a tear in every eye
The sun could grow cold and hell come alive
Nothing can move me, and nothin better try
Have to be your Rock, Rock Eye
A concrete block till the hurricane stops
ROCK EYE FOR YOU LOVE
Nothing can move me except for your love.
ROCK EYE FOR YOU LOVE
So give me some sign so I can rise above.
ROCK EYE FOR YOU LOVE

This site contains lots of music, some songs cover bluegrass, blues, country, rock and Christian Rock.  You will hear lots of raw searing guitar work along with some free song writing hints. Ensoniq keyboards is the main brain for my midi instrument programming. I wake up every morning singing and loving the country life of Tennessee. I do love to tinker on bass, I play all of the bass parts on my CDs. Songwriting has become a real art with me and I find myself indulging more and more into the unknown and untested. I can only create demos at this point because I don't have enough equipment to produce a quality cd. I read the bible for strength and inspiration. I pray for all the people who have done me wrong and hope that some day I can give them something to help their tortured souls. Crosses on the Highway is one way I have of giving. As I continue to produce I still can offer free mp3 files to download. these are short clips of all of my music for sale. There are lots of ways other musicians can contribute to this site.
